1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address and the date and confirmation of your subscription. We only send the newsletter after you confirm the link we email you.

Comments: if commenting is enabled and you comment, the name and email you provide together with the text of your comment.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and to keep the site running, and aggregate audience statistics that do not identify you.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to deliver the newsletter you asked for (your consent), to publish and moderate comments (our legitimate interest in running the site), and to keep the site secure and available (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; every email carries an unsubscribe link. Comments stay published until you ask us to remove them. Server logs are deleted after a short period.

5. Service providers

The site is hosted and published on the Pilotofy platform, and emails are delivered through an email delivery provider. These providers process data only on our instructions.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to estornut2@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
