ZEEKR, a luxury technology brand, has reported that its ZEEKR 7X medium electric SUV has reached a significant production milestone of 200,000 units at the ZEEKR Intelligent Factory in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. This accomplishment highlights the brand's ongoing expansion in the global luxury electric SUV sector and demonstrates its enhanced manufacturing capacity and global delivery capabilities.
Advanced Manufacturing Facility
The ZEEKR Intelligent Factory is a key manufacturing facility for the brand, supporting the global supply of major ZEEKR models. Utilizing cutting-edge manufacturing processes and technologies such as 5G, AI, and industrial big data, the factory operates as a smart production hub with minimal human intervention, often referred to as a 'Dark Factory.'
Global Expansion and Demand
Since its market debut in the second half of 2024, the ZEEKR 7X has maintained strong popularity, achieving 10,000 units delivered within just 25 days — a record for the luxury electric vehicle segment. The vehicle is set to enter Europe in May 2025 and aims to establish a presence in over 50 countries and regions within 15 months, including Europe, Oceania, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.
By the first half of 2026, the ZEEKR 7X is projected to lead in sales within the medium pure electric SUV segment in Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, Mexico, and Egypt, showcasing its global product competitiveness.
Safety and Performance
Developed under ZEEKR's global standards, the 7X combines excellent driving performance, comfort, and versatility. It has received the highest rating of five stars from both the Euro NCAP and ANCAP safety assessment programs, meeting stringent safety standards in key global markets. Built on the Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, the ZEEKR 7X features advanced electrification technologies, intelligent functions, spacious interiors, and refined driving dynamics, catering to various driving scenarios.

In related news, ZEEKR Korea has recently opened the ZEEKR Gangdong Space and ZEEKR Dongdaemun Space to expand its sales network in Seoul and the surrounding area, and it is preparing for the phased delivery of the 7X to customers starting in October.
